The journal were found on search engines such as Google Scholar, PubMed and ScienceDirect. The journals search by typing keywords separately. The keywords used in this literature study such as ‘Orthosiphon stamineus antiviral activity against DENV-2’, ‘Ocimum sanctum antiviral activity against DENV-1’, and ’Ocimum menthiifolium antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2’. The selected journals are journal that are included in the inclusion category, 2012 as the minimum year of the journal’s publication, have a Q1-Q4 index on Scopus, can be accessed in full text, national and international journal in english version. The results based on a literature review, One part of Lamiaceae family, Orthosiphon stamineus, has the potential as an antiviral for dengue type 2 which can be seen from the selectivity index value of 13,889. Ocimum sanctum has antiviral activity for dengue type 1 which can be seen from its cell viability and ability to inhibit cytopathic effects and inhibit plaque formation. In addition, other Lamiaceae plants, Ocimum menthiifolium, contain apigenin-7-O-rutinoside, prunin dan acaciin that have potential as SARS-CoV-2 antivirals which are characterized by low energy in molecular docking. text
