Based on SDGs target number six: drinking water and proper sanitation, in 2030 100% access to proper sanitation will be fulfilled (including 53.7% access to safe sanitation). The challenge of meeting access to sanitation also occurs in Bogor City. The open defecation rate in Bogor City is still 26.1, access to proper sanitation in Bogor City in 2019 is 70.9% and access to safe sanitation in Bogor City is 3.8%. The challenge of meeting the need for access to safe sanitation has also increased in line with the development of Bogor City which has developed into a metropolitan city. The capacity of the Tegal Gundil WWTP is planned to increase its ability to serve wastewater by SPALD-T in the East Service Zone. Based on the Bogor City PAL Roadmap, in 2021-2024 it is planned to increase the IPAL capacity by 1575 SR. The capacity of the Tegal Gundil WWTP is planned to serve two sub-districts in North Bogor District, namely the Tegal Gundil Sub-District and the Bantarjati Sub-District. The processing capacity at the Tegal Gundil WWTP is divided into 4 stages for 20 years. The Tegal Gudil IPAL configuration for planned capacity still uses the current WWTP configuration. This is based on the analysis of the processing results of the existing Tegal Gundil WWTP which has succeeded in treating domestic wastewater so that the effluent is in accordance with Permen LH 68/1016. In addition, based on aspects of land, construction costs, operational and maintenance costs, ease of operation, and operational disruptions during construction, the configuration is analyzed for feasibility. In the first period, the WWTP processing capacity was 1496.25 m3/day. In the next period processing capacity is also planned to increase with a similar value. Modifying the existing WWTP to meet the specified capacity is carried out by increasing the volume by changing the unit's dimensions so that the capacity increases and increasing the number of unit compartments, in addition to adding a diffuser in the aerobik pool. The CAPEX budget plan for this planning is Rp. 113.007.445.840,00 while the OPEX was Rp. 2,430,852,880.00/year.
