This fault directed to the southwestern-northeast and stright from Pelabuhan Ratu to Lembang. It's located in the high density population area, so further study is needed to find out the motion characteristics and it's earthquake potentials. To find both of aims, the observation of Cimandiri's fault were done by episodic GPS method. In this final project, observation were done by measuring the positions of 17 GPS's points from 1st until 4th of December and from 20th until 23rd of August, with 9 months length of time. From this research is kown that the northern part of the fault moving for 8 cm/year and the southern part moving for 1,5 cm/year. Those phenomena may indicate that there is an accumulation of energy in the Cimandiri's fault. <br /> text
