DATA ACQUISITION SUB-SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ON BLACK SOLDIER FLY LARVAE CULTURE MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEMS

Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae are a potential alternative protein source for use as animal feed. However, to be able to optimize the growth and productivity of BSF larvae, good monitoring of the environmental conditions of these larvae is required. In this final project, a data acquisition syste...

In this final project, a data acquisition system is developed that can be used to monitor the environmental conditions of BSF larvae. This system consists of sensors that are placed in the environment where BSF larvae grow, such as pH, temperature and humidity sensors. The data obtained from these sensors is processed and displayed on a web that was developed to facilitate observation and analysis. The results of system testing show that the system can provide data with 90% accuracy and can be used to optimize the growth and productivity of BSF larvae. text
