The main problems of our planet today may include global warming, climate change, pollution, deforestation, plastic waste, environmental degradation, and resource depletion. Most company leaders are only concerned with profits. So ESG reporting becomes a problem. This thesis examines the commitment of ESG to be implemented in the field under PT. Migas as a oil & gas company. Analyze the company's commitment to implementing ESG and identify value creation. This research is a qualitative study with explanatory modeling. Observations were made at PT. Migas Working Area of East Kalimantan. Interviews were also conducted with five informants from PT. Migas. This research wants to explain how to implement ESG to strengthen business sustainability at PT Migas by taking into account the indicators from the ESG Reporting Guide 2.0. Based on the interview results found that the implementation of ESG in the company had not been fully implemented. One of alternative ways is to perform weighting and data collection related to the implementation of ESG aspects and indicators.
