Summary:Currently, the interest of tourists and the younger generation in the city of Cirebon toward local culture has decreased. To increase this interest again, the Cirebon Youth and Cultural Center is planned as an art building for the City of Cirebon. This building consists of 5 floors, 1 semi-basement, and 2 basement floors, in which there is 1 pedestrian bridge and a glass roof. The pedestrian bridge in the Cirebon Youth and Cultural Center building has a span of ± 23 m which will be designed using a warren steel frame system. For the roof of the Cirebon Youth and Cultural Center building, the glass will be used as natural lighting for the building. This glass roof will be supported using a steel frame. The steel frame used for the bridge and roof will be analyzed using SAP2000 software. Furthermore, to realize the pedestrian bridge structure and the roof, it is necessary to plan an appropriate construction method so that the work on the pedestrian bridge structure and the roof can run well. Through this final design project, it is hoped that it can provide optimal design results for the pedestrian bridge structure and roof so that it can withstand the design load, and a construction method plan that is appropriate and effective for working on the structure is obtained.
