Not all of them have experience managing and teaching, so the time for TPQ teaching and learning activities is also very limited. Considering that this Al-Quran Education Institution is very important for the development of generations so that they can always practice Islamic teachings in everyday life, it is very unfortunate if the TPQ that is currently running still uses conventional methods that are less effective and optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to create a mobile learning management system (m-LMS) so that the progress of the students' achievements can be monitored properly for Asatidz, the student's parents, and the students themselves. The m-LMS application has been widely used by formal educational institutions from elementary to university levels to help manage the educational process. With mLMS, TPQ institutions can easily manage, monitor, develop, and record reading and writing Quran (BTQ) learning activities. The data can be integrated with the SIGAP BADKO Semarang City system into the Ministry of Religion's EMIS system. This study aims to identify the process of recording BTQ activities digitally adapted from the conventional process and to create a user experience design and user interface design for an Android-based m-LMS application to support Asatidz for the learning activities BTQ at TPQ with digital technology.
