This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach and in-depth interviews. While the selection of in-depth interview subjects in this study used a purposive sampling method. To collect data is done by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis was performed using the Multi-Level Perspective analysis tool. Meanwhile, to interpret the data that has been collected requires data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the changes in Kampung Jodipan are the result of collaboration between a group of UMM students and CSR Indana. On the other hand, the community is directly involved in developing and maintaining tourism sustainability. Factors that influence the process of social learning in tourism development in informal settlements are the existence of power relations as well as interaction and communication. The results of social learning affect change in the form of cognitive improvement and moral development. This learning is carried out by absorbing reflective knowledge and experience, related to perfecting appropriate tourism management for quality improvement in tourism development. Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary to develop a strategic plan for maintaining tourism village maintenance costs in the future to anticipate CSR not being able to help, and an interactive comparative study activity is needed for each Pokdarwis to obtain sustainability in tourism management. |
