The Government of the City of Bandung, through the PD Kebersihan Kota Bandung and the Resik Waste Bank, are working together to implement the "Betah" or Buy Jelantah program. At least four business groups support the program, including large-scale dealers/private parties, waste banks, small stalls, and TPS (Temporary Processing Sites). A total of 48 respondents from the four business groups underwent financial analysis in the form of income analysis, Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Benefit to Cost Ratio (BCR) to determine their potential. Through the Weight Scoring System method, it was found that the most potential business groups come from large-scale dealers/private parties. Based on considerations using the Simple Additive Weighting method, a transportation configuration is obtained with used cooking oil sources from waste banks, lapak and TPS, then collected at the port/large-scale private sector, then processed at PT Hijau Daun Energi to process the used cooking oil into biodiesel. The recommendation is to cooperate with the formal sector to reach a more significant potential for generation in the future. text |
