THE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS ENRICHMENT BOOK FOR MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH STUDENTS WITH MATH INTEGRATION MODEL AND ISLAMIC VALUES

This project aims to develop a mathematics enrichment book on the topic about sets. The enrichment book developed in the project is intended for Madrasah Tsanawiyah or Islamic Junior High Schools in Indonesia. These schools need mathematics learning that is integrated with Islamic elements in their teaching and learning activities. This is the reason for choosing the topic of this project. The need for book sources in learning presents the development of an enrichment book to be used as a supporting source. Using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), a mathematics enrichment book with an integrated model of mathematics and Islamic values was designed. The developed book has been validated by Mathematics experts, Islamic Religion experts, and Media Experts. From the validation results, it was concluded that the enrichment book developed received a good category. For the results of the trial to students, it was also obtained that the book was in the very good category. Therefore, the developed maths enrichment book is suitable for used. Furthermore, from the results of the Wilcoxon test, it was concluded that there was a significant effect on student learning achievement before and after using the developed mathematics enrichment book.
