Summary:In order to resolve and reduce the amount of trash located at Sarimukti Landfill which has exceeded its capacity, the planning of Integrated Waste Management is being done. Sarimukti Integrated Waste Management is located to the east of Sarimukti Landfill divided by an existing road. Sarimukti Integrated Waste Management cosists of 7 buildings among them are office building, incinerator, echoshop unit, workshop and seminar, recycling and production unit, Black Flies Soldier (BSF) and composting unit, and waste sorting unit. In this final paper, the designing only focuses on office building, façade, and walkway. Furthermore, the planning is only done for underground and surface structure from the said buildings where the result of this final paper from the planning consists of the buildings main structure frame without architectural component and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP). The planning for construcion management consists of determining the construction method, work volume, scheduling, and estimating the construciton cost. The construction method is determined by adjusting to the projects existing site and it is divided by preparation work, access road work, office building work, façade, and walkway that are composed of surface and underground structure work. The elements for underground structure consist of spun pile and pilecap that are connected by tie beams while the surface structure is composed of components such as column, beam, bracing which uses IWF, King Cross, and L (Angle) steel profile as well as composite steel floor. In accordance to the planning, the construction will start on the year 2023 with a duration of 228 days. The budget plan for the project is Rp 61.067.457.583,20.
