Summary: | The world is a complex place, where humans always need something to
fulfill their needs. The need is based on a choice where the nature of the choices
is owned by every human being. Where the reason behind the choice itself is
based on the desire of the time and the need that is based on a reason.
It is also applied to the reason why someone uses an online retail
application in one of their life choices. Some young people or you could say,
including undergraduate graduates, use online retail applications a lot not just for
shopping, but as an alternative job it is also due to the job competition that is too
competitive and difficult to get, but there are also many other reasons why
especially young people use retail on line. This will be explained in this thesis.
