A person is classified as obese if his BMI (Body Mass Index) exceeds 27 kg/m2. Body mass index (BMI) is body weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared which is used to measure and identify obesity. In Indonesia, according to the results of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of obesity in adults over 18 years in 2018 reached 21.8%, previously in Riskesdas 2013 it was 15.4%. Internal factors in obese patients include poor eating patterns, namely not scheduled regularly or portions not adjusted to the needs per day, increasing age, laziness in losing weight, and control in maintaining food. External factors in obese patients include the surrounding environment such as busy patient routines so they cannot provide time for dieting and the need for a support system that helps patients regulate dietary patterns. A website-based application called Obesite was developed to help people who are classified as overweight or obese to lose weight. Obesite has features such as information about the definition of obesity, information on drugs commonly used to help lose weight, diet and exercise, BMI calculator, chat with certified pharmacists, recommendations for diet menus, and a weight graph. There are also supporting features such as features about obesity, account feature, account profile, security, and chat with the admin. Obesity was tested on 55 people in person and 129 online, with a total of 111 respondents included in the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained as a whole, Obesite provides satisfactory benefits to its users who are classified as overweight and obese based on the BMI values obtained compared to the classification table of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The results showed that the level of satisfaction given by the Obesite application was an average of 100.92 ± 1.39% and a coefficient of variation of 1.38%. text
