People support Low Cost Carrier (LCC) present. The LCC could sell the ticket almost half from the Full Service Network (FSN). These conditions influence the XYZ Seat Load Factor and decline its revenues.<p> <br />

The consumer has strong bargaining power after the LCC present. After the oil and commodity prices raise, the consumer has weaken buying power.<p> <br />

XYZ don't have competitive advantages over its competitor. The company's Total Operating Cost (TOC) is so high since the oil boom. The ratio of aircraft and employee is almost 1:115 in 2005.<p> <br />

In financial perspectives, the condition is very difficult. Since the monetary crisis hit Indonesia in 1997-1098, the company's financial structure is always negative. It was the result of taking a lot of debt in dollar while the income still is in rupiah.<p> <br />

In operational standpoint, the aircraft life age above 20 years (over its economical age). The 'On Time Performance' is relatively small, no more than 60% in 2007.<p> <br />

In marketing perspective, the company doesn't have the positioning so they cannot focus on doing business.<p> <br />

As Indonesian State Owned Enterprise (SOE), XYZ need advice (Marketing Plan) to sell the product/service to the consumers consdering the internal and Indonesia hyper competition nowadays. |
