Three key technological factors are driving this revolution: connectivity, intelligence and automation. One of the applications of technology to increase productivity is to apply the Cyber Physical System (CPS) concept which is the most important part of industry 4.0. The obstacle currently faced by railroad manufacturing companies in Indonesia is creating products of very good quality. The quality of the resulting product is highly dependent on the testing process which is an important activity in the production line. Currently, the monitoring process for final product testing is still carried out manually, especially monitoring the activities of the test inspectors, so it takes a long time to ensure that the products produced are in accordance with acceptable standards. The delay in the final product testing process is one of the problems that needs to be addressed. The main causes of delays in the testing process are the absence of a monitoring system for testing activities, the recording process is still manual and the distribution of work is uneven which can result in delays in the testing process. To overcome this problem, this research will develop an information system for monitoring the activities of test inspectors which consists of information on the qualifications and number of inspectors needed for each testing process, the target time for testing completion, the testing location and the requirements for testing equipment used in the testing process. The results obtained from the research that has been done is that an information system framework for monitoring inspector activity monitoring has been developed. The application of this system can be used for initial mitigation in the testing process so that it is in accordance with the schedule that has been made. text
