The Indonesian QR Code Payment System (QRIS) was created for the MSMEs to operate more quickly and adapt to modern technology. Bank Setia Islam is a Sharia Bank that operates QRIS System (PJSP) in Indonesia. The research approach uses collective qualitative data by conducting literature studies and observations. In comparison, the quantitative data from the questionnaire is obtained from the internal data of Bank Setia Islam, financial statements, and other online sources. This measurement tool is a survey with a scale of 1 – 5 consisting of 29 questions representing the element of the UTAUT 2 Approach. 25 questions consisting of independent variables, which are the impact of Performance Expectation (PE), Effort Expectation (EE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Condition (FC), Hedonic Motivation (HM), Price Value (PV), and Habit (HB). 3 questions consist of moderating variables from Behavioral Intention (BI). One question consists of the dependent variable of the objective for this research is Use Behavior (UB). This study's path analysis results with analysis techniques based on the Structural Equation Model (SEM) indicate that habit variables exert the greatest positive and statistically significant influence on BI and UB regarding adopting Bank Setia Islam's QRIS service. Bank Setia Islam must utilize this approval to build positive PE, FC, and HB, which drives long-term UB. The objective of Bank Setia Islam is to expand its customer base. As a QRIS PJSP (Issuer and Acquirer), Bank Setia Islam should be able to enhance the quality of service to consumers, develop QRIS new infrastructure/functions, provide full service for the compliance of QRIS operational maintenance (transactional, non-transactional, and functional), and educate Bank Setia Islam customers/merchants on QRIS products. The perception of the proposed business plan for QRIS transactions is based on a proposed implementation plan to increase merchant fee-based transactions with an MDR of 0.7% and progressive merchants. With this initiation, there is a desire to control and monitor the criteria for merchants registered in the Bank Setia Islam QRIS system. The system and procedure still need improvement and implementation to get more value proposition and competitive edge over other PJSP QRIS in Indonesia. text
