Summary:PT. Jasa Keamanan is an integrated security service provider facing a business problem due to customer dissatisfaction with the low employee’s work performance. A lack of presence and engagement of leaders to employees in client sites is the root cause of the problem. This research means to gain a picture on how the result of current and ongoing leadership behaviors and to propose improvement on employee work performance in PT. Jasa Keamanan driven by servant leadership behaviors. This research performs a cross sectional study within the organization on direct employees. Root cause analysis is to find out the true causes of the business problem by interviewing key people in the operational division. The quantitative method used to find out the influence effect of related variables with the root cause. The analysis of quantitative data using PLS-SEM algorithm in SmartPLS 3 program. The result of the research shows that employee work performance is driven by servant leadership in the leader's behavior. The mediation effect of leadership training and development program, and servant leadership ecosystem also have influence on employee work performance. Meanwhile servant leadership itself has influence on leadership training and development. Therefore, it is recommended that servant leadership behavior should become the basis of training and development in PT. Jasa Keamanan and must be enhanced with the involvement of leadership ecosystem entities.
