The development of the facility requires to be planned thoroughly, in this case covering the aspects of facility building structure, sea facilities, and transportation infrastructure to fulfill the needs of the facility during its planned operational service time. The designed structure is divided into main buildings and parking lots. The structure is planned to be 3 parts, a reinforced concrete structure for the main building and parking and a steel structure for the roof of the main building, which uses a Special Moment Frame (SMF). The methodologival approach used is the study of literatuur and modeling of structures. The analysis and design of the structure design refers to Indonesian standards, namely SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020; SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1729:2020 as well as international references to ASCE 7-16 and AISC 360-16. The main software used in the design includes ETABS, SAP 2000, SP Column and AutoCAD. The scope of design consists of defining loading, modeling the structure, determining the dimensions of the structure, checking the structure against earthquake resistance requirements, detailing concrete structure elements, analyzing and designing steel structures, and detailing steel joints. text |
