These conditions require Indonesia to have adequate disaster management capabilities. The recovery phase, which is one of the important phases, is carried out to restore the state of the area to its original state or better than before through normalizing the paralyzed aspects of the disaster. One important aspect of the disaster recovery phase is community resilience. Through a review of the components of resilience measurement in the Disaster Resilience of Place (DROP) Model developed by Cutter (2014), this study aims to identify community resilience to flood disasters that occur every year in Wonoasri Village. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, interviewing several stakeholders involved, and collecting secondary data from various sources. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, content analysis, and scoring of all indicators, which are divided into six aspects (ecological, social, community capabilities, economy, infrastructure, and institutions). From this research, it was found that the level of community resilience in Wonoasri Village was included in the high category, with an index of 0.748. The index is a composite index of indicators classified based on the six aspects mentioned above. Of the six aspects, the social aspect is an aspect that has a moderate resilience category, while other aspects have a high resilience category. Several indicators that have low scores include local food suppliers, the presence of people with special needs and their services, mental health support facilities, the availability of counseling services, employment conditions, the availability of temporary shelters, and the existence of continuity plans. These indicators need to be improved to increase the resilience of rural communities to flood disasters. text |

As a consequence of Indonesia's geological setting and geographical location, the
country has several high-intensity disasters, including floods, landslides, flash
floods, extreme weather, abrasion, and drought. These conditions require
Indonesia to have adequate disaster management capabilities. The recovery phase,
which is one of the important phases, is carried out to restore the state of the area
to its original state or better than before through normalizing the paralyzed aspects
of the disaster. One important aspect of the disaster recovery phase is community
resilience. Through a review of the components of resilience measurement in the
Disaster Resilience of Place (DROP) Model developed by Cutter (2014), this study
aims to identify community resilience to flood disasters that occur every year in
Wonoasri Village. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a
