Description
Summary:Urban transportation is one of the solutions to overcome transportation problems. However, the provision of urban public transportation services often does not meet user demand and the quality of service tends to decline, especially in cities in developing countries. This is a severe problem where technology and data are growing very rapidly, affecting the travel behavior of people who tend to depend on the use of private vehicles and online rental vehicles. It is a challenge for the government, especially the city of Bandung, to maintain urban transportation by adapting existing technological developments. The implementation of the concept of digitization in urban transportation has been developed by many cities around the world while maintaining equity in transportation. So that public response is needed to identify the factors that influence people's interest in using public transportation in the city of Bandung. The results were analyzed using SEM to obtain the relationship and impact on the main variables observed. The results of the analysis show that there is a close relationship between endogenous and exogenous variables so the implementation of digitization needs to consider these factors.
