This study aims to analyze the level of community participation and the factors that influence it in the implementation of ProKlim at RW VI Hamadi, Jayapura City. This study uses interviews, the istribution of questionnaires, and literature review studies in collecting data. Scoring analysis using the Weighted Average Index (WAI) is used to determine the level of community participation based on the components of ProKlim activities, and multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the influencing factors and patterns of relationships that occur. The results of the study show that the level of community participation in RW VI Hamadi is classified as high based on the components of adaptation activities with a score of 0.818, mitigation activities with a score of 0.763, and sustainability support with a score of 0.686. The activity of planting hydroponic plants is an activity that has a very high level of community participation with a score of 0.867 compared to other activity components. In addition, from the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a stepwise robust model, this study found that of the seven variables selected from the literature review, namely gender, age, education, income, region of origin, length of stay, and knowledge of Proklim, only two factors which significantly influence the level of community participation, namely gender and knowledge about ProKlim. The gender factor has a negative relationship pattern, while the knowledge factor about ProKlim has a positive relationship pattern. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the gender role of women and the level of community knowledge in efforts to increase community participation in the implementation of ProKlim in RW VI Hamadi Village. The findings obtained from this study are in line with the research that has been reviewed. The findings can become recommendations for stakeholders in formulating ProKlim development strategies by taking into account women's gender roles and the level of community knowledge, namely increasing women's gender involvement in ProKlim, counseling on ProKlim implementatioassistingnce according to ProKlim's superior products, and empowering community groups. text |

The Climate Village Program (ProKlim) is a national program developed by the
Ministry of Environment and Forestry to encourage active participation of the
community and parties seeking to increase resilience to the impacts of climate change.
ProKlim is a community-based environmental program, so that the level of community
participation is the main key to its implementation. This study aims to analyze the level
of community participation and the factors that influence it in the implementation of
ProKlim at RW VI Hamadi, Jayapura City. This study uses interviews, the istribution
of questionnaires, and literature review studies in collecting data. Scoring analysis
using the Weighted Average Index (WAI) is used to determine the level of community
participation based on the components of ProKlim activities, and multiple linear
regression analysis is used to determine the influencing factors and patterns of
relationships that occur. The results of the study show that the level of community
participation in RW VI Hamadi is classified as high based on the components of
adaptation activities with a score of 0.818, mitigation activities with a score of 0.763,
and sustainability support with a score of 0.686. The activity of planting hydroponic
plants is an activity that has a very high level of community participation with a score
of 0.867 compared to other activity components. In addition, from the results of
multiple linear regression analysis with a stepwise robust model, this study found that
of the seven variables selected from the literature review, namely gender, age,
education, income, region of origin, length of stay, and knowledge of Proklim, only
two factors which significantly influence the level of community participation, namely
gender and knowledge about ProKlim. The gender factor has a negative relationship
pattern, while the knowledge factor about ProKlim has a positive relationship pattern.
Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the gender role of women and the level of
community knowledge in efforts to increase community participation in the
implementation of ProKlim in RW VI Hamadi Village. The findings obtained from this
study are in line with the research that has been reviewed. The findings can become
recommendations for stakeholders in formulating ProKlim development strategies by
taking into account women's gender roles and the level of community knowledge,
namely increasing women's gender involvement in ProKlim, counseling on ProKlim
implementatioassistingnce according to ProKlim's superior products, and
