Currently groundwater along Ujung Genteng coast has plain water characteristics. But not in a long time, in tandem with the raise in population number and ground water consumption, probability of salt water intrusion is getting bigger. That is why, a hidro-geology study on this area important in helping to conserve its natural hydro-geology system.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Study that been done is modelling of hydro geology system using software Modflow3.1. The outcome will give sufficient overview of current hydro geology condition and used to forecast how far salt water intrusion could happen.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Result from this modelling study could perform as initial overview for any relevant individual and especially for local government who act as regulator of Ujung Genteng Area. text
