To be able to carry out the integration process, it is necessary to have technology that can fulfill these two services. In the following research, HAPS was chosen to represent the NTN network which will be combined with the NOMA technique which is a candidate for multiple access techniques with 5G specifications to form a proper communication system. However, NOMA has a problem where interference between users will continue to increase as more users are served. Therefore, this study will modify the NOMA technique by adding TDMA timeslots so that a multiple hybrid TDMA-NOMA technique is formed with the aim of limiting the number of users who will share resources with each other. This aims to reduce interference between users and provide better system performance. The simulation will be carried out by testing the performance of an NTN network with the TDMA-NOMA multiple access technique to be compared with the NOMA and OMA techniques so that the resulting performance can be seen. Based on the simulation results, the use of TDMA-NOMA on the NTN network is able to provide increased performance as indicated by higher sumrate and energy efficiency results compared to the use of traditional NOMA and OMA. Apart from that, the use of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) will also be tried to change the way power is allocated for each pair of existing NOMA so that the resulting amount becomes more optimal. text
