Summary: | A tourist village is a rural area integrated with tourist attractions, tourist amenities, public facilities, and the structure of community life along with the procedures and traditions that apply in it. Tourism villages have great potential to contribute to state revenues and reduce unemployment. Currently, village tourism is a development priority for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in collaboration with the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT). The Sukabumi District Government is also developing Sukabumi District into a tourism area that utilizes local resources and local wisdom, one of which is Cisande Tourism Village which won the 50 best tourism villages award at the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI) organized by Kemenparekraf.
Cisande Village has not yet developed its potential to the fullest to attract more visitors, and the availability of facilities is still limited. Even so, the visitor data for 2021-2022 recorded more than 3000 visitors traveling to Cisande Village. This research aims to identify the Tourism Attraction of Cisande Village and its potential, measure the level of visitor satisfaction, determine the level of community acceptance, and determine what factors are strengths and what needs to be improved. This research uses the walking method, direct observation, interviews with key informants, and questionnaires to obtain data from respondents. Questionnaire data will be calculated using the CSI or Customer Satisfaction Index and mapped using IPA or Importance Performance Analysis.
Cisande Village has tourist attractions in the form of agro-tourism in rice fields and activities related to agricultural education or adventure activities. Cisande Village is adjacent to tourist attractions in surrounding villages in Cicantayan Sub- district, Cisaat Sub-district, Caringin Sub-district, and Kadudampit Sub-district that can complement and strengthen each village's Tourism Attraction. The community is generally very supportive of the development of tourism villages, although not all have played an active role and the benefits have not been evenly distributed. Generally, visitors from school groups feel satisfied after traveling to Cisande Village. Things prioritized for improvement are bathrooms, site cleanliness, and parking lots. Some visitors and the local community want to
diversify activities in Cisande Village such as rope games and special children's rides. Some tourist attractions in other villages are generally nature tourism and MSME/UMKM tourism. Therefore, recommendations for development in Cisande Village can complement the lack of tourism themes in the Cicantayan Sub-district, such as organic agro-tourism.
Recommendations for the development of Community-based Tourism Villages in Cisande Village raise the theme of organic farming education, healthy lifestyles, and environmental health. The preferred segmentation is school children and families, although there is a possibility that tourists come from various groups and various age ranges. Recommendations are given in the form of additional attractions such as the addition of tour packages, facilities, landscape arrangements, and daily program plans to the annual calendar.
