The business issue in Wan Hai Lines is the reliability of the schedule that it effect the company performance in terms of operational efficiency. Although the main driver of this issue results from the pandemic, this research aims to analyze the performance of the company by using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Racetrack with is done through several phase from Set to Scope, Configure the Supply Chain, Optimize the Project and Ready for Implementation. The performance attribute that will be used in this research is Reliability and Asset Management Efficiency. Based on the analysis on the set the scope the service that is focused in this research is freight business. The first Level of Metric that goes according with said issue is RL 1.1 Perfect Order Fulfilment with Level 2 Metric RL 2.2 Delivery Performance to Customer Commit Date and AM 1.3 Return on Asset efficiency with level 2 Metric 2.4 Revenue. It can be reflected that there are variety of gaps in terms of the services punctuality for Delivery commit date to the customer. And based on the fishbone diagram it is found that the main driver of said issue is the pandemic and some external and internal practices that eventually define the project improvement that should be done. The improvement recommendation shall be operational strategies that related to core strategies competency strategies, corporate strategies, competitive strategies, service strategies, and customer driven strategies and marketing mix so they are able to gain more advantage and avoid any loss that will give an effect against the company's income. text
