Creative digital office is an office building that is especially dedicated to the needs of the digital economy and fulfills the work culture of young people who are the main drivers of the digital economy. This building consists of six stories including one story with a live roof and one additional basement story with the main structural material composed of reinforced concrete. This final project reviews the design of construction engineering management including work breakdown structures, construction implementation methods, budget plans, and scheduling, as well as resource management. The method used is to collect data first, followed by making a work breakdown structure, continuing with determining the construction implementation method and take-off quantity. In take-off quantity, a detailed design is required and is provided by the structural and geotechnical designer. The work ends with the design of a budget plan and job scheduling. The budget plan is estimated using the unit cost analysis method, while the scheduling method uses the precedence diagram network method. The method used for this construction is the bottom-up method which was composed of a few work groups namely site work, foundations work, and structural frame work. The total duration of this construction work is 427 days with a contract value of Rp162.747.862.115
