The mosque as a place for Muslims to worship should be felt as a solemn and majestic room. This effect can be achieved by creating an echo in the room. In addition, the clarity of speech is also very necessary to fulfill the function of the mosque as a place of communication. This research is based on a simulation using the SPPS calculation code (Simulation de la Propagation de Particles Sonores) in the I-Simpa application. The calculation is carried out repeatedly starting with an empty row and then adding one row together. After that, look at the acoustic parameters obtained from the calculation results. Then an analysis of the parameter data of reverberation time (EDT) and sound clarity (C-50) was carried out. The simulation was carried out on two types of mosques, namely type 1 and type 2. Type 1 mosque was a mosque that was not given any treatment (only the saf variations) while type 2 mosque was a mosque that was given acoustic tiles on the ceiling. The results of the study show that for type 1 mosques, the addition of a saf can reduce the reverberation time but not significantly. As for voice clarity, the addition of a safe has a significant effect. However, type 1 mosques cannot meet the standards of SNI 03-6386-2000 for both the reverberation time parameters and sound clarity. For type 2 mosques, the addition of a shaft does not affect the reverberation time parameter or sound clarity significantly. However, for the parameter of sound clarity, it was found that several staffs met the SNI 03-6386-2000 standard. that is when the saf is filled with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 13 and 14. text
