Summary: | This 4-star business hotel project is a hotel building project with 13 floors and 2 basements designed by Muhammad Bakam Maulana Deha, S.Ars. The design of the plumbing system includes piping lines for clean water, waste water, vent, rainwater, and fire fighting systems, tank capacity and piping dimensions, as well as a cost budget design with a standard reference following SNI 8153: 2015 concerning Plumbing Systems. The design is carried out using secondary data obtained from the architect. The clean water source of this building uses PAM JAYA water with a capacity of 431.57 m3 / day. In addition, a recycled water system is also carried out which takes water sources from used water that has been processed and rainwater with a capacity of up to 120.42 m3 / day. The clean water storage system uses ground water tanks and roof tanks available on the basement floor and roof floor. The waste water produced is flowed directly to the STP and Bio Septic Tank before being discharged into the riol pipe. The vent system is vented out to the top of the building. Rainwater piping is gravity fed and collected in a recycle water tank. The fire fighting system uses a combined sprinkler and hydrant system. Due to the recycled water system that can save water usage, the plumbing system can support the green building concept. The design results are in the form of a final report, technical drawings, and cost budget project. |
