Tower and Shelter Infrastructure Rent Service for telecommunication operators is a new business that still in development stage. This business is a first step for PT Sarana Inti Persada (PT. SIP), as a PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering (PT. Hariff DTE) subsidiaries, to develop it business in managing services for telecommunication infrastructure and equipments. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. SIP in developing and implementing this rental business facing several obstacles such as the inavailability of standard procedure and business process for Operations and Maintenance, insufficient human resources to fulfill the customer’s requirement of Service Level Guarantee (SLG). In order to handle this difficulties, it is imperative for PT. SIP to create standard operating procedure and system especially for Operations and Maintenance processes to establish the Tower and Shelter Infrastructure Rent Service business The analysis used in system and procedure design for Operations and Maintenance are interview to experts within Hariff Group and applying several existing procedures from parent company, PT Hariff Daya Tunggal Engineering. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The implementation from system and procedure design in Operations and Maintenance process derivated to work programs for each stage and each division in Operation and Maintenance organization structure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Every program in these stages, have been implemented in daily business activities in PT Sarana Inti Persada and it improved continuously to achieve the optimum program and work pattern. This continuous improvement also implemented in every single activity that support the tower and shelter infrastructure rental business.
