Because of the important role of rivers, there are many land uses around rivers such as settlements, rice fields, and others. In addition to river areas, coastal areas are dynamic so that many changes occur and one of the causes of these changes is sedimentation in river mouths. Sedimentation material carried by the river flows through the estuary to the coastal area. This can cause accretion on the coast due to river flow, especially the flow of the Cipunegara River. The river poses a particular threat when the river flow cannot accommodate the water discharge that flows from upstream to the estuary. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the hydrological conditions of the river flow to see the effect of land use in the Cipunegara Watershed on the hydrological conditions in the Cipunegara Watershed. In addition, it is also necessary to observe the condition of sedimentation in the river flow to determine the condition of the sediment in the Cipunegara River flow. In this study the analysis of sedimentation and flood inundation was carried out using data on the maximum daily rainfall in one year in the Cipunegara Watershed to obtain the planned rainfall. The design rainfall is used to determine the planned flood discharge using the HSS Nakayasu method to produce design flood discharge hydrographs for return periods of 100 years based on land use in 2017-2021 to be modeled on the HEC-RAS program. Meanwhile, for the sedimentation analysis, the design flood discharge maximum value was used for a return period of 2 year using the Van Rijn (1993) method to represent the average design discharge of the river flow. Sedimentation analysis produces volume and total sediment load. text
