| Summary: | Datura metel is a plant usually used as herba medicine, such as used for soothe tired feeling and for asthma medicine with burned like cigarette. But because it had toxins such as hyoscyamine, scopolamine and atropine it can hallucination causes, so some times it plant is wrong used. In this experiment to try throught contents liquid smoke it is obtain from output pirolisis leaf and flower of datura metel. Compounds characterization it content in liquid smoke from leaf and flower of datura metel it does with used FTIR, UV-Vis, GC and GC/MS. Shaped flower IR spectra showed OH cluster from fenol compound, but invisible it aromatic top. UV-Vis spectra shaped flower and leaf shaped produced spare like showed is resemble it aromatic compound. Leaf liquid smoke shaped chromatogram showed top 13 retention mean while shaped flower showed top 25 retention. Liquid smoke chromatogram showed liquid smoke contents with specific mass. |
