Description
Summary:Online concert live streaming is now an alternative for musicians and fans to enjoy a music performance. However watching an online concert is not the same as watching an offline concert. Interactions and experiences gained from watching a live performance differs from watching an online performance. To bridge the gap between watching live and not, there is a need for features in a concert live streaming site such as multi-cam, live chat, and live subtitle. In enjoying those features, unfulfilled user needs still exist. User-centered design approach was used in order for the site interaction design to meet user needs. The design development process prioritized improvements on the multi-cam and live chat features. The output of this project is a high-fidelity site prototype for desktop screens that fulfills the following usability goals: effectiveness, utility, and learnability. The fulfilment of the usability goals was measured using Completion Rate and Single Ease Question (SEQ) for effectiveness, and System Usability Scale (SUS) utility and learnability. The usability testing results came out as such: a Completion Rate of 100%, a SEQ average score of 6.83 out of 7, and a SUS score of 89 out of 100. Based on those scores, it could be concluded that the usability goals of the developed high-fidelity prototype has been fulfilled.
