When investors are not investing in the platforms there is a problem that needs to be addressed for the platform. These sentiments also applied to Investree, one of the biggest P2P Lending Platforms in Indonesia. Investree as an investment platform is having trouble inviting new investors, in P2P it is called lenders, to invest in the platforms. Despite that, the platforms can attract new investors to register in the platform. One of the biggest reasons that investors do not invest is that they don’t understand the platforms and the instrument. User Experience itself is a developing field when designing human-centered apps. The study very much emphasizes the importance of human-centered design that is easy to use and easy to understand for users. The human-centered design itself needs to be able to understand its users. That’s why it is important to emphasize the app's users. With usability testing and in-depth interview to understand the user's pain points and discuss the best experience when trying to use a new app. With this method, we can pin point what needs to be improved from the apps and address users' pain points to solve so they can understand and also learn about the platforms and P2P.
