Summary:PT Cahaya Prada Abadi (PT CPA) is a company that produces garment products from leather. PT CPA produces golf gloves by order from PT Adira Semesta Industri (PT ASI). PT CPA data shows the symptom of product delivery delays. PT CPA data shows that 83% of products are delayed from PT ASI’s target. Product delivery delays are caused by several reasons by interviews and plant observations. One cause of the reason is the production monitoring system hasn’t been optimal. In this study, improvements were made to PT CPA’s production monitoring system to facilitate the production supervisor to monitor the process. The production monitoring system accompanied by predictions of production completion for production completion strategies input. The output of this research was carried out by designing a monitoring system and predicting the completion of production. The research completed the monitoring system with the prototyping method. The scope of the prototyping method only reaches three stages, investigation/analysis, analysis/design, and design/implementation. The result of monitoring system is a dashboard and prediction of production completion. The monitoring system dashboard was designed on Microsoft Excel software. The monitoring system successfully displayed the product type, current process, completion rate, and completion prediction for each product type. The monitoring system displayed the possibility of delays from the predicted production completion and the predicted result are close to the actual conditions. The monitoring system is feasible to use because it considers user needs, the software used by the company, and the education level of the worker.
