This is based on the main problem of waste management which has only been running at 68.05%, even though the increase in quantity has been in sync with the increase in population and an increase in living standards. For this reason, this pre-design was written in order to design a cultivation system for rapeseed (Raphanus sativus L.) and long bean (Vigna unguiculata sesquipedalis L.) integration with "kasgot" and "kasting" fertilizers, as well as assessing the financial feasibility of related systems. This design is expected to provide benefits in the form of knowledge contribution to the general public, company owners, and academics which can be followed up. The specific goals of this pre-design system are to produce radishes of 5333.37327 kg/cycle and long beans of 1024.01757 kg/cycle. The production of "kasgot" is closely related to the mechanism of the black soldier fly cultivation process. The production of "kascing" is closely related to the cultivation process of earthworms. "Kascing" and "kasgot" fertilizers are given to the planting media prior to the cultivation of long bean and radish plants. Long bean is a plant that contains vitamins A, B and C, fat, protein and carbohydrates with a high level of popularity in Indonesia. White radish is a plant with high fiber content and low calories which is mostly produced in West Java. Based on the two alternative choices for the plant cultivation business, an alternative system is selected that produces fertilizer independently with the plant cultivation subsystem, the BSF cultivation subsystem, and the earthworm cultivation subsystem. The location of the pre-designed production system for long bean (Vigna sinensis var. kanton tavi) and white radish (Raphanus sativus var. ming ho) integrated production systems with the production of “kascing” and “kasgot” fertilizers was mapped in the Cipadung Kulon area, Panyileukan District, Bandung city, West Java, which has an average temperature ranging from 23 - 29 oC with an average temperature of 25.6 oC, humidity ranging from 70% to 86% with an average of 86%, and an average rainfall of 198.9 mm/year. The total area of cultivated land is 9000 m2 or 0.9 Ha. The calculation of the R/C ratio of this system is 1.48. The total cost of raw materials needed for the pre-designed production system consists of radish seeds Rp. 1,090,000, long bean seeds Rp. 93,807.14, Azadirachtin vegetable pesticide Rp. 288,000, BSF eggs Rp. 91,428, diesel fuel Rp. 589,628, water Rp. 4,778,956. and electricity costs IDR 34,239. The total initial investment cost for this production system is IDR 222,405,000. Estimated annual sales capacity in this pre-designed system consists of 10666.747 kg of radish, 20480.351 kg of long beans, 741.300 kg of cassava fertilizer, 1662.000 kg of castor fertilizer, and 830.393 kg of BSF larvae. Total net income from the system obtained was IDR 194,819,975.38 in the first year and IDR 354,659,056 in subsequent years. Based on the multi-product BEP analysis that has been carried out, there is a value of IDR 108,875,437 needed in a revenue so that the company does not experience losses and profits. Based on the calculation of the IRR analysis, the results show that the selected pre-production design has an IRR value of 43%. Based on the calculations, the NPV value is IDR 290,371,742 with a factor discount value of 10% and a B/C ratio value of 2.23. Payback for this system lasts 2 years 4 months 18 days. From the analysis that has been done, the pre-design of this production system is feasible.
