Therefore the made decisions are sequence of decisions depending each other, real time, and could be a feedback for decision maker. <br /> <br /> <br /> Fast and qualified modeling of manufacturing system always be a desire in simulation activity. In this thesis effective, efficient and integrated modeling framework is designed to support simulation of material transportation system. Therefore model architecture is constructed, and appropriate methodology and tool are chosen. Modeling of material transportation system using Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) in mass and repetitive production is the case study. <br /> <br /> <br /> Modeling will be done by object oriented approach. In order that transport operation by AGV system reflects actual shop floor condition, AGV system model is integrated with information and logistic system. Object model level, virtually, also used in communication and decision making of AGV system components. Finally performance of chosen transport operation strategy, could be judged according to designed optimization criteria. <br /> text |
