In order to overcome this problem, several meta-heuristic optimization algorithms are recently proposed. The algorithm firstly convert the root finding problem into an optimization problem, and then look for the desire root as a point that solve the optimization problem. One of the most recent meta-heuristic method proposed is Golden Sine Algorithm by Tanyildizi and Demir (2017). This is hybrid method, combining both Golden Section method and Sine Cosine method. It has high speed of convergence and accurate. Sidarto and Kania (2015) succeed to proposed a method that produced all possible roots by improving Spiral Method using clustering in order to localize all potential roots. Thus, in this research we foccused in improving Golden-Sine Algorithm in order to find all possible roots of nonlinear system of equations using clustering. text
