On the other hand, there are problems that occur behind this series of racing competition events, especially those related to local communities around the area. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how the impact of holding the Mandalika MotoGP event for the Central Lombok area is studied based on a triple bottom line evaluation which includes economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In this study, the informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria for informants being the parties affected by the implementation of the Mandalika 2022 MotoGP event, namely the organizers, the government, and the community in the surrounding village area. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. The findings show an indicator of the success of the event which is marked by a MotoGP holding contract for the next 10 years. Furthermore, the economic impact of the Mandalika MotoGP event is the creation of new jobs for local communities as well as a contribution to Regional Original Income (PAD). In addition, the MotoGP event also promotes the potential and attractiveness of Lombok and West Nusa Tenggara to the world. However, there is an increase in the number of goods and services needed by tourists when the event takes place. The holding of the Mandalika MotoGP event also has an impact on the quality of life of the community with the infrastructure development in Mandalika. The crime rate in Lombok tends to decrease due to the increase in the local economy. This is a positive value in ensuring the safety and comfort of tourists. On the other hand, the negative impact in the form of density occurs at the end of the event because there is infrastructure that is still under construction. iv The impact of holding the Mandalika MotoGP event on the environment such as the increasing amount of waste affected by the number of tourists who come. The construction and development of Mandalika has also caused natural disasters in the form of flooding because the drainage around the culverts is too small so that it cannot accommodate large volumes of water when it rains. However, currently the drainage around the area has been enlarged so that water can flow smoothly. This research is expected to be a reference for stakeholders in conducting evaluations in the future. Collaboration between stakeholders can be carried out to deal with problems that arise, especially in terms of the physical environment of the area. In addition, stakeholders can also optimize the positive aspects by building the awareness and capabilities of the local community so that in the future tourism can become an alternative to increase the income of the surrounding community. text
