However, in addition to flooding problems, the needs of the community during the transition of this pandemic increased, namely psychological needs. The community assumes that urban green space is more important for mental and physical health than before pandemic begins. On this basis the thought for diversifying the function of the polder area begins. Supported by land availability, the additional function of the polder area as a green open space (RTH) is possible. The needs of the community to go to green open spaces are certainly also a necessity in the context of transportation, namely the need as a passenger. More specifically, the subject of passengers is trying to meet a derived demand, in this case, namely the need for recreation and relaxing by visiting green space. This causes the pull of visitors who are translated into traffic pulls (trip attraction), both entering and exiting the Artha Gading Polder Area road network. The arrival of visitors will be followed by an urgency for providing parking space. From the other side of the transportation context, the construction process of the Artha Gading Polder House requires the closure of a number of roads around the project for approximately one year (2022-2023) and causes micro-transportation dynamics. Micro discussion in question is a study in specific areas, namely on the road network around the project, and tends to analyze roads and intersections in it. Handling with various scenarios can be simulated using the VISSIM application, both for construction/ existing periods, as well as for handling planning in the operational period. text
