Summary: | PT Sentra Kreasi Kencana is a company that working in the gold jewelery manufacturing industry with the trademarks Sandra Dewi Gold, Hala Gold and ILY Gold. Even though the scale of the company is quite large, problems related to human resources cannot be avoided and are still the focus of the company. Problems such as high employee turnover are one of the main focuses of HR with several main causes, personal reasons, non-compliance with compensation, lack of self-development, and incompatibility with the work environment. These problems are caused by the devoid of an objective and structured placement system for both the recruitment process and internal recruitement processes (promotion, demotion and mutation).
Based on these problems, this research will build a placement method, especially for promotions and mutation based on three main criteria, person job, person organization, and person environment. The placement method built is also supported by a decision support system, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to weight the criteria and ensure that the weighting results are consistent. The weighting process is carried out by creating a pairwise comparison matrix for each component.
The results of the research are in the form of employee recommendations and placement models for the promotion and mutation process at PT Sentra Kreasi Kencana. This research produced 21 sub-characteristics as the basis for assessing the fitness of employees with the job, organization and company environment. This research is expected to facilitate the placement process starting from determining the assessment component, global weight, total value, and placement recommendations where the results of this research is to supporting placement process by improving promotion and mutation procedures at PT Sentra Kreasi Kencana.
