Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) always tries to provide the best service for its customers. One form of effort in improving customer service is by increasing the competence and insight of every Transjakarta employee through the procurement of various relevant training. The procurement of training for employees is a form of commitment and responsibility of the company in developing employees with high potential to be able to achieve a higher level of responsibility through providing opportunities to attend training. Currently, PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) already has its own business process for procuring training for its employees. However, the business process is not fully mature and still requires improvement in its business processes. Slow document approval by related directors, needs for additional training beyond the annual training plan, and numerous validation documents are problems that are often encountered in the business process of providing training in companies. These three issues make the business process for procuring training in company becomes hampered. So that it causes the time required for procuring training to be longer and indirectly has an impact on the decline of company performance in terms of procuring training for its employees In order to overcome these problems, this research was conducted with the aim of simplifying complex business processes using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology to improve business processes by redesigning these business processes to make them simpler. Applying the DMAIC methodology can help to identify the root causes of problems in business processes and facilitate business process redesign by providing training with business process reengineering supports in the middle of design as an effort to maximize problem-solving and reduce activities that do not have added value in the business process. Data collection uses primary data obtained from current process workflow data for the provision of training for employees at the company and the results of direct personal interviews with staff and the Head of the Training Center Department at PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) to support research continuity. text
