Summary:The concept of smart environment has an embodiment to protect, restore and manage the utilization of terrestrial ecosystems in the form of green open spaces to avoid decreasing their area which is in line with the concept of sustainability. The smart environment concept is supported by the achievement of the 11th sustainable development goals, namely the pillars of natural resource management including green areas. With the concept of smart environment, a strategy is given to fulfill green open spaces, especially in Bandar Lampung City, which is currently still only fulfilling green open spaces of 4.37%. As for this research, it was carried out in three stages including a) prediction of changes in the area of green open space using the machine learning method b) identification of factors that contribute to changes in green open space with regression analysis; and c) determining the priority of the green open space fulfillment strategy. In the end, the findings from the research outline the strategy and priority setting for efforts to fulfill green open space in the city of Bandar Lampung with the first priority namely Mainstreaming Green Open Space Development in the Political Commitment of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung.
