To overcome the potential problems of the city, an effective and efficient monitoring system is needed. One solution that can be implemented is the Smart City concept that utilizes sensor technology, IoT, and Cloud Computing. This technology can be used to monitor and obtain urban data and information in real-time. However, distribution and deployment of sensor and IoT infrastructure across cities will be time consuming and realtively expensive. As an alternative, a new sensing paradigm has emerged, namely Mobile Crowdsensing (MCS). MCS is a method of collecting data and information by the public using mobile phones. The focus of this research is to examine and analyze the development of a low-cost and efficient MCS data processing method in conducting a Digital Geotwin based monitoring system. Digital Geotwin can represent objects and conditions of the physical world into the digital world. In addition, Digital Geotwin can improve spatial understanding of problems that occur in the field, such as the location of problems and visualization of problem objects in 3D. The development carried out in this study contains two aspects, the first is to increase the accuracy of the location coordinates of problem objects based on the data obtained from the MCS method. The second is building a 3D model of a problem object and integrating it into a platform based on Digital Geotwin. The method of increasing coordinate accuracy is done by adding the approximate coordinate parameters from Google Maps as well as transforming the coordinate system. The results of the evaluation of determining the coordinates show a fairly good increase in accuracy. Meanwhile, the development of 3D models is carried out by utilizing data in the form of photos of problem objects generated from MCS. Based on the results of the user experience evaluation through a questionnaire assessing three aspects, namely the comparative aspect, the satisfaction aspect, and the usability aspect, stated that 3D utilization and visualization proved to be better than 2D visualization. text |
