Summary:The growing business of Bank Berjaya is in line with the organization vision to be one of top ten banks in Indonesia. In responding to this objective, all business line have to ensure its profitability. Treasury Marketing as one of the profit generator in the bank must ensure the adequacy of skill in the personnel who perform in doing business to achieve profit budget. In responding to profit budget increment, therefore Treasury Marketing must be able to improve its capabilities by developing its competency and knowledge to keep up with the company goals. Problem related to knowledge management in the organization will be the focus of this research. The objective of this research is to identify critical knowledge and determine critical knowledge that needs to improved by Treasury Marketing Division in Bank Berjaya. Furthermore to propose recommendations that will enhance the knowledge within the organization. Gap anlaysis and knowledge mapping will be used as framework in this research. Qualitative method through document review and structured interview are performed and several knowledge management theories are used especially related to knowledge gap, knowledge mapping, and knowledge lost. This research found out the critical knowledge and there is knowledge gap in Treasury Marketing Division that require improvement. The researcher propose recommendations in form of Knowledge Development Program with the intention to reduce the knowledge gap and Knowledge Retention Program to enhance the possessed knowledge by the staff in Treasury Marketing Division.
