The industrial-based automotive vocational high school is planned as a vocational education facility to improve the quality and competence of the local workers in Bekasi Regency. This school consists of two buildings with two-storey each and a three-storey building where each building serves as classroom, teacher office, and practice room respectively. The objectives of construction management in this project are to design construction method, budget, and schedule. The scope of the design consists of work breakdown structure, site layout, explanation of the selected construction method, bill of quantity made with the help of Microsoft Excel software, budget plan using unit cost analysis, and project scheduling using Microsoft Project software. The method applied in this project is bottom-up which consists of site preparation work, substructure work, superstructure work, connecting bridge work. The contract value of this project is Rp.xx.xxx.xxx.xxx and total duration of 233 calendar days.
