Gedebage Sub-District is one of the Sub-City Areas in the City of Bandung. In terms of spatial planning, the Gedebage sub-district develops areas synergistic between education, economy, commercial, and government center with a technopolis concept. One of the technopolis icons in the Gedebage sub-district is Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA) located in Rancanumpang Village. With so many recreational spaces, GBLA is expected to accommodate needs for sports, tourism, and economic activities. Developments in GBLA are necessary to support this goal. In this case, a new facility is needed that can become a facilitator for functions that have not been accommodated, especially for the public sports facilities. These facilities are realized by constructing the GBLA Public Multisport Site I Building to complement the GBLA Stadium. To realize the construction planning of the GBLA Public Multisport Center, effective and efficient construction management is needed. This construction management and engineering consist of making construction execution methods, scheduling construction execution, and estimating the costs incurred for the Complement GBLA Public Multisport Center project.
