Description
Summary:The anode material in solid oxide fuel cell should have high electric conductivity, good internal reforming and also good resistant to sulfur. One of the materials that has been proved as anode material are Sr2Mg1-xLxMoO6-δ(with L is dopped metal transition). In this study, double perovskite compounds, Sr2Mg1-xFexMoO6-δ (SMMO) with x value 0,2; 0,5; 0,8; and 1 were synthesized by means of sol gel method and continued with sintering at 1350 degrees C. Crystal structure were analyzed using X-rays diffractometer and Rietica program. With Le Bail method, the difraktogram showed that the oxides have monoclin structure and the space group was P 21/n. The lattice parameters as well as the unit-cell volume are toward to increase with x. SEM (Scanning Microscope Electron) analysis on morphology SMMO shows that pore size decrease with x. Meanwhile the DC measurement with two and four probes methode for electrical conductivity as temperature function give conductivity that increase with x.
