In Bulu District, the area served in 2022 is 11% and Sulang District is 15.86%. Services in this area come from sources including 5 wells in the Pasedan area, several nearby springs, and also the Sulang WTP with water losses in this combined area still quite high, namely an average of 44.4%. The design of the distribution network is carried out for the next 15 years with as many as 3 periods which are adjusted based on RISPAM with 3 proposed alternatives. Alternatives are generally proposed based on the type of system, namely the loop system, branch system, and combine system. The design of this distribution network is carried out by running modeling using EPANET 2.0 software and alternatives will be selected using the SAW method with parameters of hydraulic aspects, costs, ease of operation and maintenance, ease of development, ease of construction, impact of damage. The chosen alternative is an alternative with a combine system type. The water distributed using gravity which is flowed from 3 reservoirs. In an effort to reduce water loss, a DMA (District Meter Area) design was made with a total of 7 DMA and it is hoped that in 2037 water loss will reach the target of 15%. The Budget Plan for planning the development of the distribution network in Bulu and Sulang Districts was carried out with a financial feasibility analysis including the Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) methods showing financially feasible results. text
