To compete in business situation nowadays, a company is required to always have ability to develop and to always evolve. Improvement is something that company must do especially in something that indicated have decreasing performance.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Warehouse is important part in the company and must to arrange well. But, there are trouble's indications in the warehouse full good of XYZ Indonesia. Key Performance Index (KPI)'s target not reachable is one of the indications. So, there is a research using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method to know the root cause in warehouse full good.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project focus in solve the root causes which are got from RCA. The root causes are limited capacity of warehouse, lack of work commitment from worker and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) need to be revised. Limited capacity root cause will solve by adding capacity and then there are three proposals for the layout. The proposals of the layout are getting from writer idea and interview. Besides of the layout, there are suggestions for the storage model (Dedicated, Randomized, Class&#8208;Based). The best proposal from the three of them is the third proposal and for the storage model to regular area is Class&#8208;Based Storage but for Direct Selling Distribution (DSD) area is Dedicated Storage. SOP and WI root cause will solve by giving proposal to revise the SOP and WI for the important part of warehouse full good. The last root cause, lack of commitment, will solve by adding reward/punishment system.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation plan is hoped to begin as soon as possible. It is also needed the commitment and responsibility from the whole warehouse full good. There are some steps to implement the proposal and it is arranged in Gantt Chart. It is hoped that the implementation will be done appropriate with the schedule and solve the root cause in warehouse full good. <br /> <br />
