Summary: | Housing infrastructure, facilities and utilities as a supporting facility in
realizing livable housing must be guaranteed for its availability. Developers who have
built housing infrastructure, facilities and utilities must submit residential Housing
infrastructure, facilities and utilities in a to the Regional Government. In this study,
Cirebon City is one of the cities that has problems in its implementation. So this
research is needed to identify the involvement of stakeholders, the role of stakeholders
and issues surrounding the role of stakeholders in the delivery of housing PSU from
the developer to the Regional Government of Cirebon City. The authors use data
sources through primary data and secondary data with 3 (three) data collection
methods, namely interviews, observation and document study. Based on the results of
the analysis that has been carried out, the authors conclude that there are 18
stakeholders involved from the Central Government, Regional Government, Private
and Community sectors. The stakeholders who act as policy creators include the
Expert Staff for the Economy and Development, the Assistant for the Economy and
Development, and the DPRKP. Coordinators include the Regional Secretary,
Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development, DPRKP, Bappleitbanda, BPKPD,
Camat and Lurah. Furthermore, the stakeholder who acts as a facilitator is the Land
Office. Then, the stakeholders who have a role as implementers are DPRKP,
Bappelitbanda, BPKPD, DPUTR, DLH, Land Office, Camat, Lurah and Developers.
Accelerators include Planning Consultant and Kejari. Meanwhile, the problems
surrounding the role of stakeholders in the process of handing over a residential PSU
from the developer to the Regional Government of Cirebon City occur in the role of
policy creator, implementer and accelerator. |
